Questions people ask
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can leave whenever you like. We'll help you move out, too: your domain, your email and your files are yours.
Will my email stop working while you move it?
No. We plan the switch so mail keeps arriving, then copy your old messages across. Most moves happen with no downtime at all.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
That's who we built this for. You can do everything in the portal in plain English, or call and we'll do it for you.
What happens if something breaks at 2 am?
Monitoring watches every site around the clock and alerts us. Serious problems get worked on straight away, and you get a plain explanation of what happened.
Where is my data?
On hardware K-Jensen LLC owns and operates in a data center in Atlanta, Georgia, with encrypted backups kept offsite. We don't sell or share it, and there are no ads in Kagen Mail.
Who is behind Kagen Cloud?
K-Jensen LLC, a company in Dothan, Alabama that also does construction and custom software. Kagen Cloud and Kagen Mail are its two products.
You're a small company. What if you're unavailable?
Everything is documented, monitored and backed up offsite, and your data is always exportable, so you're never locked in. Ask, and we'll walk you through exactly how your account would be handed over.
