Hourly, capped monthly. Monthly price ÷ 730 per hour. A whole month never costs more than the list price.
One price for everyone. No teaser rates, no pre-ticked add-ons, 30 days' notice of any change.
One invoice a month. Pay by card or bank transfer on Stripe's page. No autopay, no stored cards.

Questions
How does billing by the hour work?
Servers, apps, databases, storage plans and IP addresses cost their monthly price divided by 730 for every hour they exist, and never more than the monthly price in a month. Delete something after ten days and you pay for about ten days.
Is this the price I'll pay next year?
Yes. Everyone pays the same published list price, with no first-year discount that doubles later. If a price ever changes, you'll hear from us by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
How do I pay?
One invoice a month, by email, with a secure Stripe page to pay by card or bank transfer (ACH). There is no autopay and we never see or store your card.
Can I control what I spend?
Yes. Set a monthly budget with alerts at the percentages you choose, and an optional spending cap: when the month's expected total reaches it, new paid resources are paused. Nothing that is running is ever stopped.
What does “included” mean?
Some things come with a free monthly amount: website traffic, server transfer, emails sent, uptime monitors, function requests. You only pay for what goes beyond it.
Do you have free credit or promo codes?
Sometimes. Enter a promo code when you request an account or later in the portal's Billing page. Credit pays for your invoices automatically until it runs out.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay for what you use, month by month, and can delete anything or close your account at any time.
Who will I be dealing with?
K-Jensen LLC, a small company in Dothan, Alabama. We review every new account personally, and when you call or write, you reach the person who runs the servers.
