Kagen Cloud is run by K-Jensen LLC, Kagen Jensen's company in Dothan, Alabama. It builds websites and software for local businesses, and it runs the servers they live on: the network, the storage, the email system, the backups. When something needs fixing, the person who built it fixes it.
Four promises we can keep
- A person, by name. You talk to Kagen. The phone number is at the bottom of every email we send.
- It stays up, and you can see it. Our status page is public, and your own sites are checked around the clock.
- One price, the same next year. Published prices, no first-year discount that doubles, nothing pre-ticked.
- Yours. Your domain, your data and your mail, on hardware we own in the US. Export everything any time; leave any time.
What it runs on
Our servers, storage and network are in a data center in Atlanta, Georgia, on hardware K-Jensen LLC owns and operates. Your data sits on redundant disks and is copied to a second machine every hour. Every night, encrypted copies go offsite to two other places. Website traffic reaches us through our own edge servers, which cache pages and stop attacks.
How we work
We write like we talk: short, plain and specific. If something goes wrong, you'll get an email that says what happened, how long it lasted and what we changed so it doesn't happen again. No “we apologize for any inconvenience.”
We don't sell your data, we don't put ads in your email and we don't use tracking pixels, on this site or in our emails.
The family
Kagen Cloud (hosting, domains, apps, servers) and Kagen Mail (email) are the two products of K-Jensen LLC, which also takes on construction and software jobs. One company, one bill, one phone number.
