Questions
Will I lose email while we switch?
No. We copy your old mail first, then switch your domain's mail records at a quiet time. Mail that arrives during the switch lands in one place or the other, and we copy again afterwards so nothing is left behind.
Can I keep using Outlook or the iPhone Mail app?
Yes. Kagen Mail works with any mail app. The portal shows each person the settings for their device.
Is there a Kagen Mail iPhone app?
It's coming, but it isn't in the App Store yet. Until it is, use kj-mail.com in Safari (you can add it to your Home Screen) or the iPhone's own Mail app.
Can my website send email too?
Yes. That's Email sending, priced separately per email, with the first few thousand each month included. Apps from the marketplace come with it set up.
Do you read my email?
No. We don't scan mail for advertising and we never will. Automated spam and virus filtering is the only thing that looks at incoming mail.
